Quick Troubleshooting:

1. Restart your computer and try again.
2. Check to make sure all connections and cables are connected properly and secure.
3. DSL Customers, Powercycle your modem by unplugging the power from it and letting it sit for a few minutes. Then plug it in again, and, when the lights come back up, try again.
